Covid friendly, clean sanitized environment. All staff is so friendly. Menus filled with tasty choices. Entre and appys were delicious.

The meatball hoagie was top notch! I ordered spaghetti and meatballs for the kids and my toddler had 4 helpings so it was definitely a thumbs up, definitely coming back.

We went for a friend’s birthday to the Pasta Factory and really enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent! We had ribs & several types of pasta in the group. The server was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely go back!

Great Italian food, very friendly atmosphere and service. Fresh, crisp, tasty salads!!! Must visit once you are in Penticton. My lasagna was amazing.
